CAPE reading group was created with the aim to foster internal political education. Our goal is to bridge the knowledge barriers to entry so that CAPE members can become more informed and better-engaged citizens. It is a platform to meet, mingle, discuss ideas and think of solutions. It will also be a socialising platform to connect and meet regularly with CAPE members.
